One simple rule. If NullVPN does not work for you, you get your money back.
If NullVPN does not work in your location within 48 hours of purchase, message us on Telegram for a full refund. No questions asked.
Message @nullvpnnetbot on Telegram (or @nullvpnnet) with your purchase details. We reply as quickly as we can.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment provider that processed the transaction. Payment mechanics are handled by our certified payment partners.
Refunds are not available after the 48-hour window or where the service is functioning. Payments are otherwise non-refundable as described in the Terms of Service.
